SERVES FOR NATION

News Desk, News Nation 360 : Ujjivan Small Finance Bank unveiled a 35-foot (H) by 10-foot (W) Chandmala installation at the Ahiritola, Sarbojonin Durga Puja, which coincides with the start of Durga Puja, one of India's most colourful festivals that unites communities through intricate pandals, exquisitely crafted idols of Durga Maa, music, dance, and other cultural celebrations. The piece showcases Bengal's artisanal past with its exterior design, which features traditional Shola work, while the inner circles are illuminated with the logo of Ujjivan SFB. In addition, an 8-by-8-foot engagement stall within the pandal offers lead-generation exercises and interactive games. Commenting on this initiative, Lakshman Velayutham, Chief Marketing Officer of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, stated that they at Ujjivan think it's important to get involved in the areas they serve. Through this historic Chandmala installation, Ujjivan hopes to honour Bengal's rich legacy on the occasion of Durga Puja, which is reflected in its kaleidoscopic hues and Dhunuchi Naach. The installation aims to combine cultural celebration, artistic grandeur, and community participation as the focal point of one of North Kolkata's most famous pandals, which welcomes an estimated 20 to 25 lakh visitors daily.
