Australia's Innovative Mining Equipment, Technology, and Services are on Show at IME 2025

News Desk, News Nation 360 : Over 40 Australian firms will showcase Australia's global leadership position in Mining Equipment, Technology, and Services (METS) at the 11th International Mining, Equipment, and Minerals Exhibition (IME) 2025 in Kolkata from October 30 to November 2, 2025. The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) is coordinating the Australian participation in collaboration with Invest and Trade Western Australia, Investment New South Wales, Trade and Investment Queensland, Austmine, Australia's largest mining industry body, and the Department of State Development, Government of South Australia. The Australian participation at the expo includes a diverse range of METS enterprises from consulting, exploration, mining IT, mining equipment, environmental and low-carbon mining, and quality and safety. Speaking about the Australian participation, Nathan Davis, Trade and Investment Commissioner, Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), stated that they are thrilled to be at IME 2025 among over 40 Australian METS suppliers. Australia is committed to being India's reliable partner in developing a safer, more productive, and sustainable mining industry. They are optimistic that the Australian METS delegation will create new opportunities for growth and decarbonisation through collaboration, innovation, and shared ambition. The Australian Trade and Investment Commission can help Australia and India create business relationships in the mining and resources sectors.
