News Desk, News Nation 360 : Kolkata's Netaji Indoor Stadium hosted the opening of Education Interface 2025, the most anticipated three-day career and education fair in Eastern India. Career Planner Edufair organised the event, which got underway with distinguished dignitaries such as Hon. Firhad Hakim, Hon. Mayor and Minister for Urban Development & Municipal Affairs; Hon. Sobhandeb Chattopadhyay, Hon. Minister of Parliamentary Affairs & Agriculture; and Hon. Aroop Biswas, Hon. Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs, Power and Housing, Government of West Bengal. Prominent academics and business executives like Sardar Taranjit Singh, Managing Director, JIS Group; Manashi Roychowdhury, Co-Chairman, Techno India Group; Satyam Roy Chowdhury, Chancellor, Sister Nivedita University & Founder & Managing Director, Techno India Group; and others also made an appearance, highlighting the fair's importance in influencing the future of young India. Speaking on the occasion, Dipak Sinha Roy, Organiser & Founder, Career Planner Edufair, stated that career planning now involves more than just academic achievement; it also involves having access to the appropriate advice at the appropriate moment. Their continuous dedication to democratising that access is what Education Interface 2025 anticipates. Thousands of people from Bengal and the surrounding states attended the opening day, and school and college students, teachers, and parents actively participated. As professional paths change and the need for skill-based education increases, it remains an essential link between education and opportunity. They take pride in their two decades of commitment to constructing India's knowledge future and providing a platform that empowers thousands of students to make educated decisions with practical assistance from the top experts and institutions in the nation. Education Interface 2025 has already been launched in Kolkata, from May 17th to 19th, daily from 11 AM to 7 PM with no admission charges. Celebrating its two decades of existence, the fair is a one-stop source for students, parents, and teaching professionals alike looking for guidance through a broad range of educational subjects. The event welcomes more than 150 universities and institutions from all over India, representing disciplines ranging from Engineering, Medical Sciences, and Data Science to Hospitality, Architecture, Design, Polytechnic, Media, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nursing, Veterinary Sciences, and ITI. Class 10, 12, undergraduate, and professional students are participating enthusiastically, interacting face-to-face with college delegates and career counsellors. Apart from institutional stalls, the fair offers useful services like pre-counselling sessions, live career counselling, and vital information about scholarship schemes, government education policies, student credit card programs, and education loans to enable visitors to make well-informed academic and financial choices.
