Mahindra Logistics Releases a Report on Emissions Analytics

News Desk, News Nation 360 : In honour of India's 78th Independence Day, Mahindra Logistics Limited, one of the country's biggest suppliers of integrated logistics solutions, has introduced the "Emission Analytics Report," a digital platform that gives users access to real-time carbon emission data and gives them the tools they need to decarbonise their supply chains. With an emphasis on transport, the user-friendly platform offers comprehensive insights on emissions intensity, tonne-kilometres, emissions by mode of transport, fuel consumption, access to emissions savings certificates, and more—all through a monthly subscription-based model. It also provides Scope 3 carbon emission data of its customers. The platform helps businesses looking to increase sustainability and customers adhering to BRSR and other environmental standards make the switch to green logistics. The research also quantifies shipment-level reporting of Scope 3 emissions for businesses including auto, manufacturing, consumer products, retail, FMCG, mobility, medicines, e-commerce, fast commerce, and freight forwarding by innovating and optimising transportation. Based on Edel's initial supply of green last-mile freight delivery services, Mahindra

Logistics' green logistics ecosystem includes the Emission Analytics Report. With the addition of carbon-neutral warehousing solutions, a fleet of 2W, 3W, and 4W electric vehicles for last-mile delivery, and this Emissions Analytics Report, EDeL has grown into a full suite of sustainable services. A SaaS platform is used to establish the report, which may be accessed through a completely automated system. The Global Logistics Emission Council (GLEC) and ISO 14083 have accredited this platform, which easily fits into current systems and is available on mobile and web platforms. Commenting on the Launch, Rampraveen Swaminathan, Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Logistics Ltd., stated that creating value for customers, communities, stakeholders, and the environment is the modern-day goal of logistics. As part of Edel, their green logistics ecosystem, they are commemorating "Freedom from emissions" on India's 78th Independence Day by releasing the "Emission Analytics Report," which will enable their clients to decarbonise their supply chains. Their mission at Mahindra Logistics is to support India's aspirational goal of reaching Net-Zero by 2070, to create a forward-thinking supply chain powered by a sustainable logistics network, and to incorporate environmental consciousness into all they do.
