News Desk, News Nation 360 : A recent successful press conference in Kolkata by PBPartners, a brand under Policybazaar Insurance Brokers, provided insight into the company's revolutionary initiatives to empower its agent partners and alter the health insurance market for consumers. Rajeev Saha, Regional Sales Manager, East, PBPartners, and Neeraj Adhana, National Sales Head-Health Insurance, were present at the event. Neeraj Adhana, National Sales Head - Health Insurance, PBPartners, stated that the adoption of health insurance policies has significantly increased as a result of the increased awareness among Kolkata residents. In FY24–25, PPBPartners had a 10x growth in its PoSP network in West Bengal and a noteworthy 60% increase in health insurance business over the previous year. The mission of PBPartners is to increase agent partners' empowerment and make high-quality health insurance options more widely available throughout the state. West Bengal is a high-volume market with more than 6,000 agent partners. This indicates its crucial role in driving sales of insurance in the East Zone. The event underscored the criticality of trust while purchasing insurance. This holds particularly true in Tier II cities such as Asansol, Durgapur, Raniganj, Howrah, and Krishnanagar, where personal attention is highly significant. PBPartners demonstrated its pioneering PoSP (Point of Sale Person) model. This model is core to their mission of increasing the availability and dependability of health insurance in underserved areas of West Bengal. PBPartners also introduced a new Club Loyalty Program. The program will reward the highest-performing health insurance agents. It provides special benefits, incentives, and recognition. This will encourage agents to expand their business and better serve customers. By enabling local agent partners and simplifying insurance, PBPartners is having a strong positive influence on families in smaller cities throughout India.
