The primary event is scheduled for March 1st, according to the organisers. Several well-known figures from the domains of fashion, culture, and society attended the press conference. The Chief Guest, prominent fashion entrepreneur and Taption Media Managing Director Neetu Saha, underlined the importance of giving the next generation's creative talents a forum. Sayani Chattopadhyay, the manager of Ritwik Film Production House and Go Live Story, was also there on behalf of the academy and production company. She pointed out that these kinds of programs are essential for introducing cultural customs to a larger audience. Vice President Sucharita Pal and President Sumita Roy of RP Welfare Trust represented the social sector. They said that by combining cultural events with social welfare services, this initiative's main objective is to spread a positive social message. Gargi Gupta, the administrator of the "Amra Chitra Premi" group, also graced the occasion. The meeting was also attended by special guest Putul Dhar, a social worker, fashionista, and government figure. The organisers claim that "Rang Mahotsav 2.0" is a collaborative platform for art, culture, and social service in addition to being a cultural event. The goals, schedule, and special attractions of the event were all covered in detail during the press conference.
