News Desk, News Nation 360 : Swarnava Sinha (Payel) is returning to the creative hot seat with newfound vigour after three pivotal years influencing fiction and non-fiction stories in Star Jalsha's marketing corridors. Sinha has made a bold and dramatic return to the genre that initially defined their storytelling history by joining Sun Bangla as Executive Producer – Non-Fiction, a decision that is already causing a stir in the Bengali television industry. Sinha's arrival is anticipated to expedite Sun Bangla's content evolution while enhancing its brand engagement in Bengal's fiercely competitive GEC field. Sinha is well-known for her hybrid skill in content curation, digital-first campaigns, celebrity collaborations, and on-ground event integration. Sinha's career has been anything but typical, from inventing disruptive formats to improving audience engagement metrics at Star Jalsha. The switch to Sun Bangla promises to reimagine what non-fiction television may feel like—bold, unscripted, and shamelessly real—in addition to signalling a return to content development. Swarnava Sinha (Payel), who is renowned for her instinctive narrative and keen knowledge of audience psychology, is coming back to Sun Bangla, which marks the beginning of a new direction for their non-fiction content that will marry emotional intelligence with innovative format thinking. Earlier, she was Executive Producer at Akash Aath, where she played a key role in milestone Bengali non-fiction programs such as Good Morning Akash, The Legends, and Gaanpoint, which revolutionised the space. Following this success, she was a major contributor at Star Jalsha, strategically and creatively contributing to hit properties like Dance Dance Junior, Super Singer, Geeta LL.B, Tomader Rani, and Meybela.
