Techno India Group Reveals Techno Olympica Knights' Fourth Edition

News Desk, News Nation 360 : The largest private education organisation in Eastern India, Techno India organisation, is pleased to announce the fourth iteration of the prestigious inter-school athletic tournament, Techno Olympica Knights. Over 1,700 kids from more than 105 schools in West Bengal are expected to participate in this year's event, which will take place from December 11 to December 16, 2024. Students from classes I through XII will compete, and all educational boards are welcome. The torch-bearing ceremony along with the unveiling of the official theme song, sung by Olympian Anjum Moudgil and Prof. Manoshi Roychowdhury, will mark the grand opening of the event. Dignitaries from the education and sports sector are invited to this free registration event for schools. The top 3 schools will be decided by a cash prize and trophy to be awarded

based on their medal tally. The competitions include archery, badminton, basketball, chess, track and field events, football, swimming, kabaddi, table tennis, and volleyball for boys and girls. These competitions will take place at prime venues across Kolkata, such as the Techno India Salt Lake Campus, Sports Authority of India, and Subhas Sarobar Swimming Pool. Prof. Manoshi Roychowdhury, Co-Chairperson, Techno India Group stated that the goal of Techno Olympica Knights is to unite the best young athletes from all across West Bengal and promote healthy competition and sportsmanship. With more schools and students joining them this year, they are thrilled to see the participation increase. At Techno India Group, they support students' physical and mental health in addition to their academic achievement. With a variety of disciplines ranging from traditional games like kabaddi to internationally acclaimed sports like basketball and swimming, sports serve a critical role in developing character, discipline, and teamwork—qualities necessary for success in life.
