The Bengal Super League will Begin on December 14th

News Desk, News Nation 360 : The Bengal Super League (BSL) is set to launch in a new era in Bengal football when it officially begins on December 14, 2025, introducing a fresh spirit of competition and community participation. The league, led by Shrachi Sports, strives to elevate grassroots and semi-professional football by providing a high-quality platform for young athletes throughout the state. The Bengal Super League, which aims to strengthen Bengal's athletic environment, offers high-intensity matches, emerging talent, and an exhilarating atmosphere that honours Bengal's deep-rooted love of the beautiful game. The first season of BSL will kick off on 14th December 2025 from the District Sports Association Stadium in Malda from 4 pm onwards. Newly formed teams that have come into the league are Sundarban Bengal Auto FC, North 24 Parganas FC, Howrah-Hooghly Warriors, FC Medinipur, Burdwan Blasters, Kopa Tigers Birbhum, JHR Royal City FC Malda | Murshidabad, and North Bengal United FC. Though this would be the first competitive participation of these teams, their rosters have both experienced players from the Indian Super League, I-League, Calcutta Football League, and Subroto Cup, along with budding young talents scouted across Bengal. This is a unique combination that guarantees a different level of competitiveness and will make for a grand opening of the league. Shrachi Sports has partnered with Zee Bangla Sonar and ZEE5 as official broadcast and streaming partners, giving their fans access to BSL live matches both on television and digital platforms.
