News Desk, News Nation 360 : With Wynk Rewind 2023, Wynk Music—India's top music streaming app in terms of downloads and daily active users—unveiled the artists, albums, and songs that dominated the country's music scene in 2023. A unique feature of this year's Rewind is the Musical Zodiac, an interactive activity badge that tracks fan engagement and displays the artists that users are most passionate about. Along with a special video message from their favourite artist, Wynk listeners also received a personalised playlist featuring their favourite songs. Arijit Singh, a well-known playback singer, is the Bengali artist who streams the most on Wynk Music. The most streamed Bengali song on the platform is "Oboseshe" by Arijit Singh, with "Jani Okaron" from the album "Fatafati" coming in second. The Bengali playlists that have received the most streams in 2023 are "Bengali Top 20," "Pop Top 20," and "Khokababu." With more than 1300 members, Wynk Studio is India's largest music distribution network for independent musicians. Northeastern cities are among the non-metropolitan areas from which 55% of these artists are originally. This emphasises how the platform helps these creators by giving them a way to express themselves creatively and helping them with issues related to visibility and monetization. Songs like Oboseshe, Jani Okaron, Ebhabe Ke Daake, Jiya Tui Chara, Alada Alada (from "Ardhangini"), Tui Amar Duti Chokher Tara Re, Tumi Jantei Paro Naa, Bole Dao, Moner Moto, and Kotha Koiyo Na are among the most streamed Bengali songs this year.
