"Zero Ka Dum- Defect Mila Toh Refill Free" Is How Bharatgas Guarantees Quality

News Desk, News Nation 360: Maharatna PSU and Fortune Global 500 company Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has taken major steps towards improving customer security and the quality of LPG cylinders by extending its ‘Zero Ka Dum’ (ZKD) initiative to 22 new markets, including Haldia. The initiative now covers 36 cities. The initiative ensures quality with the tagline ‘Defect Mila Toh Refill Free ’, which means that in case a genuine defect is noticed in a Bharatgas Cylinder, customers will get a free refill. The initiative ensures rigorous quality checks throughout the process, which are verified and certified by various independent NABCB-accredited bodies. The initiative has also ensured that 55 LPG bottling plants have received their ZKD certification. Bharat Petroleum Business Head (LPG) Shri T.V. Pandiyan said that the initiative has ensured the best bottling technology, multiple levels of inspection and high maintenance standards to ensure that no defective cylinders reach the customer. This has helped increase customer confidence by providing a high level of safety standards.
