A New Decade of Opportunities Begins at Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata

News Desk, News Nation 360: Procam International has announced the 11 th edition of Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata – the world’s first-ever World Athletics Gold Label 25K – set to be held on Sunday, December 20, 2026, commencing on Red Road. Registration will commence from 13 th August 2026. The event was graced by West Bengal Ministers, Dr Indranil Khan and Shankar Ghosh, Tata Steel VP D. B. Sundara Ramam, Procam Joint MD Vivek Singh, football legend and Padma Shree winner Bhaichung Bhutia, actress Swastika Dutta and many corporate leaders. The media interaction unveiled the new Partners namely AMARON (Powered by Partner) and Air India Express (Airline Partner offering the ‘Runner’s Passport’ concession), and announced the association with Exhibetter Global to launch PLAYSCAPE – an active living expo platform. World 25K Kolkata 2026 offered sporting events ranging from the main 25K race to Open 10K, Ananda Run, Senior Citizen Run, Champions with Disability Run and Virtual Runs. Participant-friendly initiatives included Tata Steel’s ‘Medal of Steel’, custom Race Bibs for first-timers, a digital keepsake for running families called the ‘Home Run Squad’, and special entry windows for “Good for Youth” and ‘Good for Silvers’ runners to position Kolkata as a global sports destination.
