In order to turn this around, two leading local brands are collaborating to reinvent and scale Kolkata Biryani into a brand that unites warm tradition with scalable expansion. Their tie-up begins with the opening of a flagship Hanglaatherium store on Jessore Road, opposite Diamond Plaza, the brand's maiden foray into North Kolkata. The store is poised to become the template for future growth driven by this alliance. The long-term plan, yet to be disclosed, is to create a robust, scalable, culturally contextual biryani business appealing pan-India.
