News Desk, News Nation 360 : Anudip Foundation for Social Welfare, a non-profit organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of economically and socially underprivileged youngsters, just opened its new DeepTech Training Centre in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, in collaboration with DBS Bank India. This was a significant milestone in their three-year project to train and empower 2,400 youth from neglected regions in Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, and Chennai. The initiative aspires for a minimum 70% placement rate, with monthly pay ranging from ₹22,000 to ₹25,000, greatly contributing to economic upliftment. Monisha Banerjee, CEO, Anudip Foundation, stated that at Anudip, they believe that success starts with access. By delivering market-driven skills, mentoring, and job opportunities, they help young people from underprivileged communities establish brighter futures. The DeepTech Programme for Underserved Youth, supported by DBS Bank India, bridges India's technology skills gap by providing industry-relevant training in non-programming digital tools, communication, job preparedness, and soft skills through an AI-powered hybrid model that includes gamification and the Moodle LMS. Third-party Mettl exams certify job readiness and prepare participants for the digital workplace. Senior officials from Anudip Foundation and DBS Bank India were in attendance, providing wisdom and inspiration during the welcoming address, which focused on digital inclusion and career paths. Beneficiaries presented projects demonstrating technical mastery and the program's early transformative influence.
