EBG Group Introduces Adhira & Appa Toys Into the Indian Toy and Entertainment Market

News Desk, News Nation 360: Indian business conglomerate and brand incubator EBG Group is entering the children’s toy, play and family experience retail arena with the launch of Adhira & Appa Toys, investing over ₹50 crore in setting up a pan-india 50-store network by 2027, starting with its maiden flagship outlet in Hyderabad by late 2026, aligned with the Union Government’s Make in India and Vocal for Local mandates under which India became net exporter of toys in FY 2025-26, recording an 89.1% jump in exports and 37.5% dip in imports, as the brand partners with domestic manufacturers like Rajkot-based Aditi Toys to roll out an initial 1,335 learning-centric products including STEM kits, robotics, sensory-development toys, building sets, puzzles, pretend-play merchandise for infants to pre-teens on a retail footprint combining flagship stores, compact mall outlets and omnichannel commerce with experiential Game Zones, creative workshops, sustainable regional sourcing and recyclable packaging, responding to Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman’s appeal to indigenous manufacturers to capture substantial share of the USD 179-billion global toy market by 2032.
