News Desk, News Nation 360 : NGO ASSET (Arya Smile and Social Educational Trust), under the leadership of Entrepreneur and Social Activist Manit Singh, has initiated a major CSR campaign, "The Hydrate India" campaign, to create health awareness among students in West Bengal, especially during summer. This mega health awareness campaign will emphasize teaching students the vital aspect of hydration and nutrition development, with a spotlight on the significance of hand hygiene, frequent water intake, and sufficient rest to counteract the outcome of heat in summer. Besides these educational sessions, ASSET will also offer nutritious fruit juice to the students so they get tangible assistance for their well-being. Manit Singh, Director, ASSET, stated that it is crucial to take proactive measures to stay hydrated during the summer because of the high temperatures and humidity that can cause dehydration and other health issues. Drinking enough water is essential for exercise and physical performance, particularly during summer sports and activities. Fatigue and energy dumps can result from even modest dehydration. They have initiated a multifaceted health awareness campaign in West Bengal called "The Hydrate India" in response to the rising temperatures. ASSET has worked with several West Bengal's schools and organisations as part of a health awareness campaign. With this all-encompassing strategy, they hope to encourage significant behavioural change and foster a culture of cleanliness and hydration in addition to giving the children free, wholesome fruit drinks.
