News Desk, News Nation 360 : Bandhan Bank has started a number of CSR projects centred on healthcare, the environment, and education in honour of its tenth anniversary. The Bank will contribute ten fully furnished ambulances throughout ten states, plant one lakh trees in ten states, and assist the Ramakrishna Sarada Mission in constructing the Sister Nivedita Heritage Museum & Knowledge Centre. The Bank's dedication to social upliftment is demonstrated by its support of the Sister Nivedita Heritage Museum & Knowledge Centre, which is part of the Ramakrishna Sarada Mission in Kolkata and seeks to empower women via education and skill development. The Bank will conduct extensive tree planting projects in areas like Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Maharashtra, and others in order to solve environmental issues. This endeavour will improve community livelihoods, biodiversity, and climate resilience by combining agroforestry and social forestry. Partha Pratim Sengupta, MD & CEO, Bandhan Bank, stated that as they mark ten years of Bandhan Bank's existence, they continue to prioritise sustainability, education, and healthcare. They want to make a lasting difference through improved access to healthcare, climate-resilient practices, and education-driven empowerment, particularly for women. After a decade of meaningful service, Bandhan Bank is still committed to promoting inclusive growth and significant change in the years to come. Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Gujarat, West Bengal, Odisha, Telangana, Punjab, and Delhi will all receive donated ambulances. The goal of this program is to provide access to emergency medical care, especially in rural and underprivileged communities.
