News Desk, News Nation 360: Godrej Enterprises Group’s Aerospace business has supplied critical propulsion hardware and flight systems, helping launch the Indian Space Research Organisation’s (ISRO) EOS-05 earth observation satellite on the GSLV-F17 launch vehicle. This mission, which will enhance weather forecasting, agriculture, environment, and disaster management capabilities, has utilized Godrej Aerospace’s assemblies in multiple flight stages of GSLV, including the Vikas liquid propulsion engines, state-of-the-art cryogenic engine nozzles, and specialized satellite thruster components which guided the spacecraft from liftoff to its destination orbit; reflecting on the achievement, Maneck Behramkamdin, Business Head of the Aerospace business, Godrej Enterprises Group, reiterated the firm’s four-decade legacy of manufacturing indigenous rocket propulsion systems, as India’s public-private industrial collaboration continues to boost the nation’s self-reliance and technological prowess in the autonomous domain of space exploration.
