Hindu Satkar Samity Inaugurated their Service Camp at the Gangasagar Mela 2026

News Desk, News Nation 360 : Recently, the Hindu Satkar Samity's Service Camp at the Gangasagar Mela 2026 was inaugurated. On the same day, a committed group of thirty volunteers arrived at Lot 8 to dedicate themselves to service despite the bitter weather. At the moment, a larger group of eighteen volunteers is actively performing service work within the main Mela premises, with one team stationed at Namkhana and another at Lot 8. The camp commemorated the anniversary of Swami Vivekananda's birth on January 12 and gave blankets to the poor. For many years, Hindu Satkar Samity has been committed to this admirable cause. They sincerely thanked the West Bengal government and the Sagar Mela authorities for creating such a strong and effective infrastructure. Four of their hearses (mortuary vans) are stationed at Sagar, ready to serve day and night, to help during the fair. Their volunteers, who are just as dedicated and disciplined as the military, stand by them.
