ILPA Will Present Eco-Friendly and High-End Leather Fashion

This year's event will see the leather industry hit new heights, and the national projection forecasts Indian leather exports to exceed USD 8 billion in 2026/27. ILPA President Md. Azhar praised the state for leading the way in manufacturing leather, with the motto "Think Leather – Think Bengal", and he highlighted how the government supported the ILPA Leather Goods Park. Fashion Show Committee Chairman Arjun M. Kulkarni said the Fashion Show, coupled with ILPA's youth skill development initiatives, will boost good quality jobs in the leather industry.
