SERVES FOR NATION

News Desk, News Nation 360 : The aroma of freshly cooked food, the clinking of plates, and the children's laughing all contributed to India Autism Center's Children's Day celebration, which included a heartfelt Sit-Down Supper and Kitchen Takeover. In a magnificent display of inclusivity and confidence, youngsters on the autism spectrum wore aprons, took over the kitchen, and

dished up joy one dish at a time. The youngsters of the Amrit Somani Memorial Centre, Marga Wellness Studio, and WeCan Society organised a one-of-a-kind initiative with over 30 young participants. Under the guidance of Chef Shashvat Dhandhania, the children planned, cooked, and presented a delectable supper for their parents and mentors in the kitchen, which had now become a hub for creativity, connection, and pride. Parents watched with delight as the young chefs served out their masterpieces, transforming a simple dinner into a celebration of talent, patience, and unbounded enthusiasm. Jaishankar Natarajan, CEO, India Autism Center, shared that Children's Day at the India Autism Centre is always a celebration of ability, joy, and inclusiveness. This year's Sit-Down Supper and Kitchen Takeover perfectly captured that attitude, demonstrating what occurs when youngsters are allowed to express themselves and the courage to lead. Every meal presented had the flavour of pride and contentment. Their inventiveness and dedication were genuinely inspirational. It reminded him that when one focuses on possibilities rather than limitations, magic happens. Each plate they presented was a work of art and love.
