LTM and IIT Kharagpur Collaborate to Train Workers in AI

Prof. Niloy Ganguly, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kharagpur, noted that such collaborations allow the institute to extend its academic expertise beyond the classroom and into industry-relevant contexts. The initiative is a key part of LTM’s broader AI transformation strategy, focusing on systematically upskilling and reskilling employees to meet the rapidly evolving demands of global clients and the technology industry at large.
