Sunny Deol Enrols in Swagatam 2026 at Narula Institute of Technology

News Desk, News Nation 360: Sunny Deol, Rajkumar Santoshi, Cardiac Surgeon Dr. Kunal Sarkar, Swami Vedatitananda Ji Maharaj Inaugurate NiT’S Induction Programme 2026 Narula Institute of Technology (NiT), one of the premier institutes under JIS Group Educational Institutions, organized the Swagatam 2026, the Induction Programme for the new batch of 2026-27, at Dhono Dhanyo Auditorium, Kolkata to welcome the new students and introduce the institute’s environment and facilities to them. The induction program was graced by the presence of West Bengal cabinet minister Agnimitra Paul, actor Sunny Deol, who spoke about his film Batwara 1947 and his journey in the film industry, director Rajkumar Santoshi, cardiac surgeon Dr Kunal Sarkar, MAKAUT Vice-Chancellor Prof. Tapas Chakraborty, and Swami Vedatitananda Ji Maharaj, Belur Math. The function was also attended by the JIS Group management – Managing Director Sardar Taranjit Singh, Deputy MD Sardar Amrik Singh, Director Sardar Simarpreet Singh, Trustee Sardar Harinder Pal Singh and the Principal Prof. (Dr.) Subhram Das. While felicitating the students on their achievement of getting admitted to NiT, the chief guest Agnimitra Paul spoke about the all-round development of the engineering graduates through 360-degree training in a hi-tech campus. The inauguration function highlighted NiT’s commitment to technical education along with discipline, management, communication, leadership, and exposure that make the students industry-ready.
