MDI and iLEAD Sign Memorandum of Understanding

News Desk, News Nation 360 : Management Development Institute (MDI), a leading management institute in India, and The Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Development (iLEAD), a well-known private college that offers undergraduate programs, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen their academic collaboration. Prof. (Dr.) Ajay K Jain, Director, MDI, stated that they are glad to collaborate with iLEAD and provide their postgraduate programs to its students. This relationship will allow them to draw on each other's strengths and create a win-win situation for their students and teachers. This MOU develops a student and faculty exchange program. This allows both institutions to leverage each other's strengths. MDI will also offer special discounts to iLEAD students who wish to pursue postgraduate management programs at MDI's Murshidabad and Gurgaon campuses. The Student Exchange Program will enable iLEAD students to participate in academic programs and activities at MDI. This will enhance their learning and exposure to management education. The Faculty Exchange Program will see faculty from the two institutions collaborate on research, teaching, and knowledge sharing. This will foster academic excellence and innovation. iLEAD students will be eligible for a discount on program fees for postgraduate management programs at MDI. This is an effort to make further study more affordable and accessible to them. This collaboration is designed to foster academic excellence, innovation, and industry-academia collaboration. MDI and iLEAD are collaborating to provide students and faculty with opportunities to develop themselves. This will enable them to enhance their skills and ultimately give back to the industry and society.
