News Desk, News Nation 360 : The "Parambrahma Nritya Utsav 2025" recently brought rhythm and dedication to the peaceful courtyard of the Jagannath Temple in Digha, where the sea breeze appeared to swing in time with the dancing. The captivating festival, which started at 11 a.m. and lasted until the evening, filled the seaside town with a spiritual and artistic atmosphere. The celebration, which took place on the grounds of an ancient temple, skilfully combined religion and culture. Local troupes and dancers from different Bengali areas enthusiastically took part. Filmmaker Badal Sarkar was the main guest at the occasion, and Uttam Barik, who is the dance association's patron, was present as well. The captivating performance by the Bankura Ballet Prometheus ensemble, led by the distinguished maestro Gour Sundar Das, was the event's high point. Their traditional dance
portrayal of the holy love between Radha and Krishna enthralled the audience by fusing spiritual energy with emotion. The evening became a romantic display of passion, devotion, and the beauty of nature as the rhythmic rhythms of dancing blended with the soft sound of the rain. When Indranil Mukherjee, the 2025 National Teachers' Award winner, was presented with a commemorative plaque and a uttariya by Indian President Droupadi Murmu, it was a moment of great pride. His diverse contributions as a teacher, performer in theatre and film, and committed social worker were gratefully recognised. Offering reverence to Lord Jagannath through dance and conveying Bengal's cultural legacy to the younger generation were the main goals of the Parambrahma Nritya Utsav. The festival held on the grounds of the revered Jagannath Temple served as a reminder that devotion, art, and culture come together to form an enduring melody of divine beauty.
