The city's premier new-age social club, known for its culinary creativity, has created a vivid mango-infused buffet to delight foodies. The festival began on May 23 and will run until June 8, providing a refreshing rush of tropical flavours for both lunch and dinner. The specially designed menu contains a lot of new and flavorful dishes. Mango is the central ingredient. Fresh salads and starters help to begin the meal. These are Chilli Mango Smoothie, Burmese Raw Mango Salad, Bocconcini Mango Salad, Raw Mango Ceviche Salad, Tart Verde with Spicy Mango Salsa, and Chicken Wings with Hot Mango Salsa. Every bite is new and fresh. Main course dishes are also full of flavours. There is Mango Veg Teriyaki with Sticky Rice. There is Grilled Chicken with Asian Mango Sauce as well. Prawn Mango Curry with Steamed Rice is possible. Katla Curry in Totapuri Mango Gravy is a popular choice in the region. Chepala Pulusu is the southern option. It is a tangy fish curry with an Andhra twist. It provides a homey but delicious flavour. No mango fest can be without sweets. The Mango Fest has sweet conclusions. This makes it an opulent yet inexpensive experience. A Princeton Club spokesperson stated that Mango is certainly Bengal's favourite fruit, and they wanted to develop a seasonal meal that highlights its rich, diverse appeal. Their Executive Chef, Abhijit Chakraborty, has carefully crafted this festive cuisine to emphasise mango in both contemporary and traditional forms. The enormous response from their patrons has been encouraging, and they want to bring this event back with even more surprises next year.
