Purti Realty Uses a Special Gratitude Initiative to Celebrate International Women's Day

News Desk, News Nation 360: Purti Realty marked International Women’s Day 2026 with a meaningful activity in the workplace: “Before We Built Buildings, Women Built Us.” Instead of the traditional celebrations, the activity focused on the personal expression of gratitude and women’s empowerment in the workplace. Among the highlights was the “Bricks of Gratitude” activity, which involved writing notes to the women who had the most influence in their lives. This served to reinforce the visual representation of the silent support that forms the basis for all accomplishments. Another activity was the financial freedom session facilitated by Saibal Biswas & Associates. This covered the basics that women in the workplace could follow to achieve financial freedom: SIPs, mutual funds, and retirement planning, among others. In the activity, the Managing Director, Mahesh Agarwal, likened the foundations to the sustainability of the building. He pointed out that the women’s resilience and values form the basis for the company’s sustainability. The activity culminated in a casual meeting, leaving the gratitude brick standing as a reminder of the personal foundations that form the basis for all accomplishments.
