This exclusive store offers an immersive coffee experience with rare, small-lot global coffees made using artisanal techniques like syphon and Chemex. It is designed to reflect the city's artistic heritage through bronze accents and geometric patterns inspired by Bengali. The menu introduces curated food pairings, most notably the Kolkata Chicken Chaap Pizza—a contemporary twist on a local staple—alongside freshly baked artisanal breads and pastries like Key Lime Pie. Adrit Mishra, COO of TATA Starbucks, claims that this upgraded coffeehouse experience blends the brand's deeply ingrained coffee craft with Kolkata's own cultural identity, offering patrons a chic and unforgettable setting that incorporates premium mixology and regional flavours. Starbucks Reserve® in Kolkata will be open to customers from 9th May, 2026, from 8 AM to 12 Midnight.
