News Desk, News Nation 360 : The International New Star Award ceremony and cultural festival were recently conducted at the Maulali Youth Centre. Several important people attended the event, including Tollywood actress Papia Adhikari, film director Badal Sarkar, director and editor Soumen Sen, Biplab Ghosh, Amarnath Sen, and Aditi Mukherjee, among others. Over a hundred people who demonstrated exceptional talent in a variety of professions were honoured during this ceremony and festival. Many renowned visitors attended the awards ceremony, which recognised outstanding efforts in arts, literature, social service, administration, and a variety of other fields. Secretary, Human Rights), Biplab Ghosh (All India Human Rights Secretary, CPD), Badal Barman (renowned litterateur and police officer), Barun Chakraborty (renowned litterateur and journalist), Kaushik Ganguly (renowned litterateur), Sirajul Islam Dhali (eminent novelist), Dipa Das (Nazrul researcher), Subrata Chatterjee (poet), Arti Ghosh (writer), Ami Kalyani (writer), Badal Sarkar (prominent director), Suman Mukherjee (topper of Akash 8 and Rabindrabharati), Dipankar Porel (renowned social worker), Ruhul Amin, and Yusuf Molla. Soumen Sen, director and editor of International New Star, stated that currently, a segment of the younger generation has abandoned books and, as a result, has become disconnected from culture. This event is being held to encourage the culturally disengaged youth society to become more interested in books and culture.
