The Third Teachers' Conclave was Successfully Organised by Narula Institute of Technology

News Desk, News Nation 360 : The third Teachers' Conclave was a ground-breaking event that was organised with success by Narula Institute of Technology, a JIS Group Educational Initiative. Its goals were to improve the professional development of educators and foster collaboration within the education community. The conclave, which took place on April 8, 2024, proved to be a life-changing event for educators looking to advance their careers and share knowledge with colleagues. Prof. (Dr) Malayendu Saha, Chairman of the WBJEE Board; Prof. Ramanuj Ganguly, President of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education; Mrinal Chakraborty, Mental Toughness Trainer; Swami Vedatitananda, Correspondent, Ramakrishna Mission, Shilpamandira, Belur Math; Dr Soumen Banerjee, Principal, NIT; and Dr Nidhi Singh, Registrar, NIT were among the distinguished guests and speakers who graced the conclave. Commenting on the occasion, Sardar Taranjit Singh, Managing Director, of JIS Group, stated that education is more than just teaching; it's also about forming a community of enthusiastic teachers who are committed to lifelong learning and teamwork. teachers from all over West Bengal to exchange ideas, make new connections, and spark revolutionary change in the field of education. They are sincerely grateful to everyone who helped make the Third Teachers' Conclave a great success, and they will continue to work to improve education in their community. Over ninety-five teachers gathered at a Teachers' Conclave in West Bengal to talk about cutting-edge teaching strategies and issues facing modern classrooms. Education experts such as Prof. Malayendu Saha and Prof. Ramanuj Ganguly spoke at the event about how the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 is altering the nature of schooling. Sessions focused on curriculum changes under NEP 2020 and child psychology in the classroom, and a panel discussion examined the opportunities and practical challenges faced by educators in putting the policy into practice.
