The TiE Women Global Pitch Competition 2025 Features Inspiring Female Entrepreneurs

News Desk, News Nation 360 : Recently, Rayush Natural Fibre Pvt Ltd brought together some of the most promising women-led entrepreneurs from throughout the region and won the Kolkata Chapter Finals of the TiE Women Global Pitch Competition 2025. The event highlighted the inventiveness and tenacity of women entrepreneurs by showcasing businesses from a variety of industries. This is a component of TiE Global, a non-profit organisation devoted to promoting entrepreneurship and a business incubator located in Silicon Valley. With around 30 chapters spread throughout India, the organisation has a significant presence there. The startups competing at the event were thoroughly screened by a prestigious jury on criteria like originality of the idea, team potential, competitive edge, go-to-market plan, product-market fit, financial plan, and operational sustainability. The TiE Kolkata Women Committee and mentors of the top 10 teams were present to encourage and guide the participants. Winners and runners-up not only got cash prizes but also a free one-year membership of TiE Kolkata, which helped develop them further and create more network opportunities. The judging panel consisted of Sidhi Dalmia (Partner, VC Grid), Soumya Malani (Co-Founder, TABP Snacks & Beverages, Chaigram, Filomilo), Anudeep Jhunjhunwala (Director, Reliable Group), and Nav Bhaiya (Founder, Tetris Consultants LLP). The Kolkata finale showcased some of India's best women-owned businesses, with teams such as Kartavya Life, Triyank Hair Extensions, Ecoviha Industries Private Limited, Labdig Innovations and Systems Private Limited, and Rayush Natural Fibre Pvt. Ltd. being among the top hopefuls for the finals. Speaking on the occasion, Kamal Agarwala, President, TiE Kolkata, stated that at TiE, they are committed to fostering an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem where women founders can thrive. The TiE Women Global Pitch Competition is not just a contest, but a movement to empower women-led startups with mentorship, networks, and funding opportunities. The talent and passion they have witnessed at the Kolkata finals reflect the strength of women entrepreneurs in driving impactful innovation. They are confident that these founders will scale new heights and make their mark on the global stage.
