News Desk, News Nation 360 : To provide mobility options for Air Force officers, veterans, and families nationwide for official travel and commuting, Uber, India's top ridesharing app, has teamed with the Indian Air Force as its exclusive mobility partner. The goal of this collaboration is to offer Indian Air Force members, veterans, and their families dependable, practical, and secure transportation services. The Indian Air Force (IAF) has partnered with Uber for Business to streamline and enhance mobility solutions for its personnel and families through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This collaboration will enable the IAF to leverage Uber's extensive travel benefits and automated processes for official travel and daily commutes, offering a seamless and digitized commuting experience. The partnership will facilitate effective change management and offer enterprise benefits tailored to the IAF’s specific needs. The MoU was signed in the presence of senior officials, including Air Marshal RK Anand VSM and AVM Updesh Sharma VSM ACAS (Accts & AV), with Abhinav Mittoo, Senior Country General Manager of Uber India & South Asia, representing Uber. Uber expressed pride in supporting the Indian Armed Forces and emphasized that this partnership is a step toward digitalization, to deliver cost efficiencies and an enhanced rider experience through shared mobility solutions.
