Yes Bank Has Launched a Unique Salary Account for Women in Honour of International Women's Day

News Desk, News Nation 360: YES BANK launched the YES Essence Women’s Salary Account on March 5, 2026. This comes at an opportune time before International Women’s Day. This is in line with the rising female workforce in the country. It is estimated that female employment in urban areas has risen by 43% and by 96% in rural areas since 2017. This is an amalgamation of financial services, health benefits, and lifestyle benefits. This is offered in one place. Some of the benefits include free locker services, 100% waiver of Demat AMC charges, and earning 34,000 reward points. Additionally, the health and wellness benefits include free ₹5 lakh Super Top-Up Health Cover, preventive health check-ups, and premium for specialist consultations. Members will receive an Elegance debit card with 5% cashback, subject to ₹6,000 annually. Speaking on the launch, Dheeraj Sanghi, Country Head, YES BANK, stated that the product is intended to help women achieve financial independence while at the same time focusing on their well-being in an evolving economy. This is in line with the country’s 1.56 crore new formal women workers.
