SERVES FOR NATION

News Desk, News Nation 360: Ultraviolette has officially commissioned 183 units of its bespoke X-47 ‘Skyforce’ Crossover electric motorcycles into the Kolkata Police's fleet during a formal handover ceremony at the Lalbazar Police Headquarters, marking the largest electric motorcycle deployment by any law enforcement agency in India. Designed for patrolling rather than mere show, the dedicated Patrol Variant features an upgraded electronics architecture fitted with integrated emergency sirens, hooters, a Public Address (PA) system, high-visibility LED blinkers, official decals, mic and walkie-talkie brackets, and rugged utility side panniers; while Ultraviolette CEO & Co-founder Narayan Subramaniam remarked that the tactical crossover machine, which offers a certified IDC range of 211 km, 36 bhp power output and high-speed agility, would empower police officers to navigate through congested metropolitan streets with zero-emission agility while significantly reducing the department's running and fleet maintenance costs over its lifecycle.
