Bangur Concrete Opens a New RMC Plant in West Bengal

The launch, which has a production capacity of 60 cubic meters per hour, brings the company's total statewide network to 26 RMC units. The Baidyabati factory was designed to meet the region's growing infrastructure, industrial, and real estate needs by producing dependable, high-quality, performance-driven concrete. The facility is strategically located in the Hooghly area, ensuring timely delivery to critical projects around Kolkata and the neighbouring growth corridors. Commenting on the development, Neeraj Akhoury, Managing Director, Shree Cement Ltd., stated that West Bengal is a significant market with high potential for both urban and industrial development. The opening of their new Ready-Mix Concrete factory in Baidyabati expands their presence in eastern India and demonstrates their commitment to supporting the state's growth plans. This facility showcases its commitment to providing sustainable, high-quality building solutions while contributing to India's infrastructure development. With the addition of the Baidyabati unit, Bangur Concrete now has 26 RMC plants in India, each equipped with innovative batching systems, stringent quality control, and eco-friendly procedures to ensure uniformity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
