SERVES FOR NATION
News Desk. News Nation 360: Despite recent increases in regional demand, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a Fortune Global 500 corporation and Maharatna PSU, has informed customers that its national fuel and LPG supplies are still completely steady and sufficient. The public sector refinery demonstrated that India has an excess of refining capacity thanks to improved monitoring systems, strong inventory control, and continuous refining operations. BPCL achieved its highest-ever refinery throughput of 41.15 MMT during FY26, running at a high 117% capacity utilisation level, demonstrating its robust operational competence and supply resilience. Up until May 21, 2026, the company successfully documented deliveries of 1,056.062 TKL of Motor Spirit (petrol) and 1,840.887 TKL of High-Speed Diesel, demonstrating its sustained response to market demands. In order to ensure seamless service and long-term supply-chain resilience throughout India, BPCL has implemented targeted operational measures, such as advanced tanker movement planning, round-the-clock monitoring, and depot-level inventory optimisations, to further augment supplies and streamline replenishment efficiency across its extensive retail and distributor network.
