Dabur Uses Strategic Global Capability Centres to Accelerate Digital Transformation

News Desk, News Nation 360: Dabur India Limited has announced the creation and expansion of its key Global Capability Centres (GCCs), a significant corporate project designed to expedite its transition into a globally integrated, digitally enabled, and future-ready fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) organisation. The Information Technology Global Capability Center (IT GCC), which powers the company's digital backbone by integrating cloud infrastructure, strong cybersecurity, predictive analytics, and Generative AI to drive enterprise-wide modernisation, and the Digital Marketing Global Capability Center, a next-generation marketing engine focused on scaling in-house Marketing Technology (MarTech) capabilities, AI-driven automation, unified performance dashboards, and standardised content hubs to maximise marketing return on investment (ROI) through highly customised customer experiences. With a 141-year business history, 8.5 million retail locations, and a strong portfolio of four 1,000 crore and three 500 crore brands, Dabur is the third most distributed FMCG firm in India. The dual launch is in line with the company's larger expansion goals. The establishment of these GCCs, according to Mohit Malhotra, Global Chief Executive Officer of Dabur India Limited, goes beyond simple technological advancements to create a highly adaptable, intelligent, and customer-focused company that can incorporate international best practices into its day-to-day operations. Global Chief Information Officer Manas Mehra elaborated on this strategic vision, saying that the GCCs represent a fundamental change that will methodically unlock new operational efficiencies, deepen global consumer engagement, and secure sustainable, innovation-led growth for the company across geographies by fusing cutting-edge enterprise technology with data-driven creative insights.
