News Desk, News Nation 360: Edible oil brand Doctors' Choice launches Gyanchokkhu, a Durga Puja initiative inspired by Goddess Durga's third eye, to promote inclusion and accessibility. Inspired by the Goddess's third eye, which represents knowledge, truth, and inner vision, the campaign's objective is to raise awareness about inclusion. The event was inaugurated by visually impaired children and notable personalities such as Dr Purnima Chakraborty, Minister of State, Department of Information & Culture and Department of Tourism, Government of West Bengal, eminent scholar Pandit Ajay Bhattacharya, Dhinal Brahmbhatt, Chief Business Officer, Doctors' Choice, and Shivam Agarwal, Head of Marketing & Strategy, Doctors' Choice. A Braille Durga puja book containing the Durga Stotra, Pushpanjali Mantra, and instructions for an individual to offer anjali was unveiled. Following the chanting of Durga Stotra by Pandit Bhattacharya and children, visually impaired children received a copy of the Braille book. In addition, dignitaries pledged to donate books that would be distributed to underprivileged children, street libraries, and communities. Dhinal Brahmbhatt and Shivam Agarwal, members of the executive team, said that the campaign's goal is to bring out the message that knowledge overpowers darkness and that, as part of the initiative, they will work to ensure that everyone, including those who are visually impaired, has access to read and understand.
