Gaudiya Mission Announces Grand Closing Ceremony for 150th Advent Commemoration of Srila Prabhupada

News Desk, News Nation 360 : At the Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu Museum Auditorium, Gaudiya Mission hosted a press conference to reveal the specifics of the 150th Advent Commemoration of Srila Prabhupada Closing Ceremony. On 28th February 2025, at Science City Main Auditorium in Kolkata, His Excellence Jagdeep Dhankhar, the Hon'ble Vice President of India, His Excellence Dr C.V. Ananda Bose, the Hon'ble Governor of West Bengal, and Suresh Gopi, the Hon'ble Minister of State for Tourism, will grace the occasion. A press conference, where Srimad Bhakti Sundar Sanyasi Goswami Maharaj, Sripad Bhakti Bhaskar Bharati Maharaj, and Sripad Bhakti Rakshak Hrishikesh Maharaj, Acharya & President and Assistant Secretaries of Gaudiya Mission respectively, emphasized the significance of remembering Srila Bhakti-Siddhanta Saraswati Goswami Prabhupad (1874-1936), founder of the Gaudiya Maths Mission, whose work profoundly influenced the contemporary Vaishnava movement by systematizing Vaishnavism through 'Daiva Varnashram Dharma' and promoting Bhagwat Dharma as a global path of peace, love, and harmony; Prabhupad was instrumental in popularizing Indian spiritual thought in the West, opening 64 math centers across the globe and gaining a diverse following of scholars, royalty, and world intellectuals, and also inspiring major Indian leaders like Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Madan Mohan Malaviya, and Chakravarthi Rajagopalachari; also, he started spiritual publishing, using the printing press to spread Indian philosophy in various languages and making its teachings accessible to the world, culminating in an upcoming landmark Closing Ceremony that will be a testament to his timeless vision.
