News Desk, News Nation 360: The traditional Khuti Pujo ritual, a widely anticipated cultural and religious milestone that attracted a variety of public representatives, Tollywood celebrities, and notable fine art personalities, marked the formal start of Rajdanga Amara Kojon Kalyan Samity's countdown to Durga Puja 2026. Renowned actors Bhaskar Banerjee and Argha Mukherjee, renowned painter Subrata Gangopadhyay, social worker Smt, and Sri Debasish Dhar (Hon'ble MLA of Sonarpur Uttar) all attended the joyous groundbreaking. Keya Ghosh, as well as musical performances by renowned singer Debolina Nandy and Indian Idol star Manisha Karmakar. Club President Sri Nirmal Mukherjee, Chairman Sri Sandeep Banerjee, Chief Patron Sri Sudip Sarkar, and film director-vice president Sri Anirban Paria organised the event. One of its main highlights was the formal announcement that renowned theme maestro Sri Purnendu De would be joining the club to design and implement its 2026 pavilion. The organisers hinted at a highly immersive presentation that would combine Bengal's rich cultural heritage with contemporary, avant-garde installations, setting the standard for artistic craftsmanship, social harmony, and impeccable hospitality for the hundreds of thousands of pandal-hoppers anticipated this autumn, while keeping the specifics under wraps.
