IAWL's First Meet and Greet in Kolkata

News Desk, News Nation 360 : An exciting mix of women leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and change-makers came together for an evening of discussion, cooperation, and deep connection at the International Association of Women in Leadership's (IAWL) first Meet & Greet in Kolkata. empowering women in leadership roles at the corporate, entrepreneurial, social, and grassroots levels. The Association's founding directors, Dr Rupali Basu, Shaleni Biswas, Ambalika Das, and Shilpa Chakraborty, gave attendees a chance to interact with them and discussed the goals, objectives, and strategic plan of IAWL. With a focus on leadership, teamwork, and the changing landscape of women's networks, the interactive session provided insights into IAWL's dedication to creating a leadership community that is inclusive, influential, and prepared for the future. A hi-tea at the end of the evening encouraged casual discussions and the development of relationships amongst attendees. The event was graced by distinguished special guests who expressed their support for the initiative. Announcing the launch of the Association, the Directors collectively stated that with great pleasure, they announce the new IAWL—Empowering Women initiative. A global platform called Elevating Leadership is committed to helping women succeed in their personal and professional lives. IAWL seeks to foster meaningful and long-lasting relationships between women from various backgrounds while promoting leadership development, mentoring, networking, and holistic growth.
