Indian Film Makers Association, Badal Sarkar stated that under the direction of the Indian Film Makers Association, the International Film Festival Bay of Bengal will be held for the first time from April 12 to 14 at the "Rathindra Mancha," which is situated in the Thakurbari premises at Jorasanko in Kolkata. Dilipkumar H.R., the national president of the "Indian Film Makers Association," and Pulagan Ramachandra Reddy, its founder and secretary general, attended a press conference in Kolkata, where he gave Badal Sarkar the letter of appointment as the organization's president for West Bengal.
