full-length feature films and more than 100 short films. During the event, 40 distinct categories will see the presentation of awards. The forthcoming film festival will also feature several Bengali short films. There was a press meet at the office of the 'Eastern India Motion Picture Association' (IMPA), Kolkata. Esteemed personalities who were present there are Saroj Mukherjee, Shiuli Ramani Gomes, Shubham Das, ex-director of Kolkata Doordarshan Kendra Partha Chakraborty, Ananda Chakraborty, dance artist Suma Guha, and music artist Souvik Dasgupta, among others. The creativity of the press meet idea was greatly appreciated.
