News Desk, News Nation 360 : ITC Sunrise Spices marked the completion of its historic program Sunrise Pujor Satkahon with the release of a Coffee Table Book. The book was launched in the presence of acclaimed actor and director Parambrata Chattopadhyay, popular actress Ishaa Saha, celebrated culinary personality Sudipa Chatterjee, and renowned Durga Puja theme artist Anirban Pandalwala, as well as Piyush Mishra, Business Head, ITC Sunrise Spices. Speaking on the campaign, Piyush Mishra, Business Head, ITC Sunrise Spices, stated that Durga Puja is more than just a holiday; it is an expression of devotion, community, and creativity. With Sunrise Pujor Satkahon, they aimed to highlight and document these interesting stories outside Kolkata, ensuring that every para's pride and ingenuity are remembered. The Coffee Table Book is not only a tribute to the unique 250 pujos but also a cultural archive that will preserve these stories for future generations. ITC Sunrise Spices honoured the multicultural ethos of Bengal's community pujas with its first-of-its-kind endeavour, 'Sunrise Pujor Satkahon', that engaged more than 1,500 puja committees from townships, village belts, and districts of the state to share their individual stories and rituals, bringing to the fore the wealth of culture beyond the city limits. This project culminated with a well-composed Coffee Table Book comprising 250 motivational photographs and stories that capture Bengal's passion, creativity, and collective spirit during Durga Puja. The tales vary from women-run para campaigns to age-old traditions handed down across generations, showcasing the rich pride and heritage of Bengal's paras. By 'Sunrise Pujor Satkahon', ITC Sunrise Spices honours not only traditional creativity and popular spirit but also preserves these local voices and festival heritage so that they can be recorded and remembered in years to come, capturing the essence of Bengal's greatest festival and resonating with the brand's deep cultural association with the local food and culture.
