Deepak Rai, Spokesperson from the NTM team, stated that NTM is a reaction to the outdated and unproductive media monitoring service. Despite receiving the least attention, news is the currency of communicators and reputation guardians. Contextual news can significantly improve an agency's performance. NTM is a mentality change rather than merely a tool.
