The occasion, which was held in front of dignitaries, demonstrated the institution's dedication to providing high-quality education. The event was graced by the presence of Dr Sagnik Chowdhury, the Deputy Director General and Regional Director (East) of the Indian government's Ministry of Tourism; Shaon Sen, the Additional Director and Joint Secretary of the West Bengal government's Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Department; Santi Das, the Superintendent of Police of the West Bengal Bank Headquarters Region; novelist Tilottama Majumdar; and actress and model Arpita Bose.

Distinguished artists' captivating performances elevated the celebration even further. Renowned Bengali band Chandrabindu enthralled the crowd with their captivating tunes. The audience was also treated to the beautiful songs of Bollywood playback singer Sanchita Bhattacharya. The students at SBIHM demonstrated their vibrant personalities by actively participating in the celebrations. Students with a variety of academic backgrounds worked together to present their skills and creativity while curating cultural events.
