Through improved infrastructure, capacity building, and financial literacy programs, this project seeks to empower women artisans working with famous master terracotta craftsman Dolon Kundu from Bardhaman, West Bengal. SheCreates, IIFL HFL's flagship CSR project, supports local women artisans by providing financial independence and promoting cultural heritage preservation. The project aims to increase production capacity from 10,000 to 50,000 products per month under Dolon Kundu's supervision. IIFL Home Finance has extended a grant of Rs. 10 Lacs to support the artisans' livelihoods and gradually invest in their growth. Apart from furnishing infrastructure support, IIFL HFL also provides the artisans with comprehensive financial literacy and capacity-building training.

The course will cover topics such as digital literacy, investment planning, entrepreneurship, investment management, and credit availability. This program ensures a long-lasting socioeconomic impact by providing these women with the tools to manage their financial futures in addition to meeting their urgent requirements for equipment and workspace.
