West Bengal Garment Manufacturers & Dealers Association is hosting its 56th Garment Buyers & Sellers Meet and B2B Exhibition

News Desk, News Nation 360 : The 56th Garment Fair and B2B Expo, which takes place over three days on July 1, 2, and 3, 2024, at Biswa Bangla (Milan Mela), Kolkata, brings the West Bengal garment industry to life. With 58 years of industry experience, the West Bengal Garment Manufacturers and Dealers Association (WBGMDA) is hosting this event, which is anticipated to bring in a sizable amount of business. Expected to take part in this 56th Garment Buyers & Sellers Meet & B2B Expo are 900 national and international brands that will showcase a wide range of garments and generate an estimated Rs. 850-900 crore in commercial transactions at the wholesale market. The event began with the expo's opening by Hon. Chandrima Bhattacharya, Minister of Finance (Independent Charge), Government of West Bengal, Minister of State for Fire, Government of West Bengal, Sujit Bose. Kumar Nandy, Nirmal Jain, Biram Prakash Sultania, Manoj Gupta, Arun Somani, Binay Dubey, and Ram Chandra Agarwal graced the occasion. Numerous notable individuals attended the event as well, including Devendra Baid, the honorary secretary of the WBGMDA, Pradeep Murarka, the vice president, Vijay Kariwala, the senior vice president, and Hari Kishan Rathi, the president of the WBGMDA. The State Government's attendance at the event, along with that of notable corporate houses and businessmen, highlighted its importance for the state's economy and highlighted the Association's efforts to further this goal. The West Bengal Garment Manufacturers & Dealers Association's Hony.
