News Desk. News Nation 360: In response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent recommendations to increase productivity and improve work-life balance, HDFC Securities has unveiled a number of progressive, employee-centric work arrangements. All corporate and support departments, including Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Research, and Marketing, will switch to a hybrid work style on June 1, 2026, working remotely two days a week for the first two months. In order to access a wide range of national talent, the company's Engineering, Customer Experience, and Digital Account Opening teams will concurrently maintain a continuously remote, location-agnostic structure. This comes after an earlier directive that was put into effect on April 1, 2026, which changed the prior alternate weekend timetable and gave all physical branches a whole Saturday off every week. According to Chief HR Officer Neetika Bhatia, these adaptable framework modifications effectively protect smooth customer service via the company's round-the-clock digital platforms while cultivating an inventive, flexible corporate culture that redefines the nature of work in the future.
