SERVES FOR NATION
News Desk, News Nation 360 : As the country prepares to celebrate the Festival of Lights, Bengal also basks in the glory of devotion and joy. The worship of Kali, the Goddess of Power, represents the transition from darkness to light, bringing purity, fortune, and moral awakening in Bengali households. This year represents a significant milestone for Chetla 22 Palli, which is celebrating its 111th year of organising the big Dasamahavidya Puja, during which Goddess Shyama is adored in 10 celestial aspects. Recently, Swami Dibyajñanānanda of the Bharat Sevashram Sangha, Anupam Haldar, Joint Commissioner, Excise Department, Government of West Bengal, and Panchali Munshi, Joint Commissioner, Revenue Department, Government of West Bengal, lit the lamp to mark the inauguration. The Dasamahavidya Puja of Chetla 22 Palli continues to sustain the essence of faith, tradition, and the undying spirit of Bengal's cultural identity — where Shakti worship brings together community, legacy, and devotion in a dazzling confluence. Anupam Haldar, in his address, noted that Worship of the Divine Mother instils natural vitality within, eliminating bad energies and moving forward towards the establishment of a new universal order. This location's Shyama Puja follows stringent procedures and devotion.
